Wes Dunaway will provide our State Specific Attorney Reviews for clients residing in Florida. Wes is an independent attorney and will provide his services separately from EncorEstate Plans. However, the reviews will be integrated into our processes. Encore will give him access to our software in order to review the estate plans that have been assigned to him by our team. We are thrilled to be able to make attorneys with Wes's level of experience available to you!

Wes is the managing partner of the Orlando office of Kovar Law Group. He has over ten years’ experience in estate planning and probate practice.

Wes was raised in East Tennessee but has lived in Orlando since 1997. He holds an undergraduate degree from Furman University and an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. He earned his law degree from Florida A&M University College of Law, serving as Staff Editor of the Law Review and graduating magna cum laude in the top 3% of his class. Wes is admitted to practice law in all state courts in Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida.
