Having a client-driven plan means the client typically pays.
Depending on your firm's checkout policy, you may also be able to pay for a client-driven plan yourself. If you don't see this option at all, your firm's checkout policy may not allow advisor payment on client-driven plans.
Having an advisor-driven plan means either the advisor or client can pay.
