In exchange for the fee collected by Encore and paid to the Attorney, they will provide the following services:
Prepare a letter which provides the following to Client:
Confirmation that the inputs placed in the Encore program database match what is in Client’s estate planning documents;
Confirmation that Client’s estate planning documents meet their state’s legal requirements so long as they are executed by Client correctly;
Provide recommendations regarding asset titling and beneficiary designations.
This Agreement outlines the responsibilities of you (the advisor), your client, and the Attorney providing the review. By purchasing the State Specific Attorney Review, you are agreeing to the terms of this Agreement.
