Trust-Based Estate Plan: $550
For Married or Single, includes a Joint Revocable Trust, Certification of Trust, General Transfer, Power(s) of Attorney – Finances, Advance Health Care Directive(s)/Power of Attorney for Health Care, HIPAA Release(s), Pour Over Will(s) and Property Agreement (For Community Property States Only). This is also the price for a restatement of an existing Trust-Based Estate Plan that was not completed by EncorEstate Plans or Helios. (You must purchase two plans for married couples wanting individual trusts for each spouse.)

Will-Based Estate Plan: $350
For Married or Single, includes Will(s), Power(s) of Attorney – Finances, Advance Health Care Directive(s)/Power(s) of Attorney for Health Care, and HIPAA Release(s). For a married plan, these documents are provided for each spouse.

Powers Package: $125
This includes Power of Attorney – Finances, Advance Health Care Directives/Power of Attorney for Health Care, and HIPAA Release for one person. This is commonly used for children going away to college.
Business Assignments: $100
This assigns a business interest to a trust for probate avoidance purposes.
Visual Estate Plan Summary: $50
For NEW plans completed within EncorEstate Plans, you can request a Visual Estate Plan Summary (VEPS) that includes all of the client's decisions.
The VEPS is included at no additional charge for subscription members.
Estate Plan Summary: $150 (for existing Estate Plans)
A summary packet for existing plans completed outside of EncorEstate Plans or Helios.
With an Estate Plan Summary your client will receive:
A Plan Visual (VESP) to clarify and outline the client's previous decisions.
A Plan Summary- this list of questions and considerations will help your client confirm whether their former wishes and decisions are still correct.

Change Fee: $125
We allow one round of revisions after completing the initial set of documents. You have up to 90 days to request revisions of these documents. Any required revisions need to be submitted at the same time. After Encore has made these edits, a fee of $125 will be charged for any additional revisions requested thereafter.
Plan Amendments (Updates): $125
Plan amendments are only available to clients whose executed documents are from EncorEstate Plans or Helios. If the Estate Plan was completed by any other source, this option is unavailable, and a restatement is required.
Property Deeds Filed: Varies
All prices below include all County Recorder fees and costs for EncorEstate Plans to pull the last recorded deed, prepare the deed, and prepare all state and county-specific documents:
$250: All States excluding those listed below.
$300: Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina and Illinois. For Cook County, Illinois, we will be preparing transfer on death deeds only.
$350: Connecticut, Maryland, Nevada, and Wisconsin
$400: Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania
$550: New York and Washington (state)
For Alabama, the price varies based on the value of the property minus any mortgages on the property.
EncorEstate Plans charges the recording fee + $175 to prepare and record deeds in Alabama. ex. $250+$175= $425
Virginia, we cannot pull deed records online; we will need to receive the recorded deed. This can be uploaded to the client vault when submitting the plan or emailed to [email protected] afterward.
This service is unavailable in:
Louisiana, Massachusetts, Hawaii, District of Columbia
Certain areas of New York - 5 New York City Boroughs, Nassau, or Suffolk
Certain counties in Ohio - Allen, Brown, Delaware, or Richland

If you are in a state where we cannot pull deeds online-
Usually, this information can be found in the client's closing paperwork. They can also contact the title company if the deed is not in their closing documents packet. If neither of these work, the clients will need to go to the county recorder's office.
Our default is to transfer deeds into the name of the revocable trust. You can request we do otherwise or produce beneficiary deeds if that particular state allows it. (TODI, TOD, Lady Bird, etc.)

We do NOT handle any timeshare transfers. Clients should be referred to the timeshare company to investigate options for handling timeshare transfers.
We also do NOT handle anything related to mobile homes.
