This is commonly used for children going away to college.
Note: The above fee is per person (married couple pays $250).
Business Assignments: $100
This assigns a business interest to a trust for probate avoidance purposes.
Note: It's $100 per business assignment. For example, let's say your client has five businesses, but only wants three assigned to a trust. They'll pay $300 for all three business interests they wanted assigned to a trust.
Visual Estate Plan Summary: $50
A visual estate plan summary (VEPS) visualizes all of the beneficiaries, successor trustees, and guardians listed in an estate plan.
For new plans completed in the Encore platform, you can request a Visual Estate Plan Summary (VEPS) to see this visual flowchart in your clients' plans.
Note: The VEPS is included at no additional charge for subscription members.
Estate Plan Summary: $150 (for existing Estate Plans not completed by Encore)
An Estate Plan Summary is a summary packet for existing plans completed outside of EncorEstate Plans or Helios.
With an Estate Plan Summary, your client will receive:
A VEPS to clarify and outline the client's previous decisions.
A Plan Summary, which is a list of questions and considerations that'll help your clients confirm whether their former wishes and decisions are still correct.
Note: It takes the Encore Support Ops Team 10 business days to turn around Estate Plan Summaries.
Rush Fees: $100 to $200
Next-day delivery on a plan (if submitted by 5:00pm ET): $200
Guaranteed 3-business day delivery: $100
Change Fee: $125
We allow one round of revisions after completing the initial set of documents.
You have up to 90 days to request revisions of these documents. Any required revisions need to be submitted at the same time (we won't accept any revision requests after the first submission).
If you and or your clients need additional revisions to their estate plans after Encore has made the edits, then Encore will charge $125 for each additional revision request.
Plan Amendments (Updates): $125
Plan amendments are only available to clients whose executed documents are from EncorEstate Plans or Helios.
This $125 price is for each "round" of changes. For example, if there are changes to the trustee, beneficiaries, and health care agents made at one time, that is a single $125 fee.
We won't be able to make any amendments if the estate plan was completed by any other source (e.g., estate attorney, another estate planning software), and we'll require a Restatement of the existing plan (i.e., we'll need to redo the whole plan).
Property Deeds Filed: Varies
All prices below include all County Recorder fees and costs for EncorEstate Plans to pull the last recorded deed, prepare the deed, and prepare all state- and county-specific documents:

EncorEstate Plans charges the recording fee + $175 to prepare and record deeds in Alabama. ex. $250+$175= $425
Virginia, we cannot pull deed records online; we will need to receive the recorded deed. This can be uploaded to the client vault when submitting the plan or emailed to [email protected] afterward.
This service is unavailable in:
District of Columbia, Hawaii, Louisiana, Massachusetts, and North Carolina.
Certain counties in Ohio: Allen, Brown, Delaware, or Richland.
Pro Tips
If you are in a state where we cannot pull deeds online:
Usually, this information can be found in the client's closing paperwork. They can also contact the title company if the deed is not in their closing documents packet. If neither of these work, the clients will need to go to the county recorder's office.
Our default is to transfer deeds into the name of the revocable trust. You can request we do otherwise or produce beneficiary deeds if that particular state allows it (TODI, TOD, Lady Bird, etc.)

We do NOT handle any timeshare transfers. Clients should be referred to the timeshare company to investigate options for handling timeshare transfers.
We also do NOT handle anything related to mobile homes.
