3 Basic Steps to Avoid UPL

STEP 1:

Have your client(s) sign a Client Estate Planning Agreement (see HERE for example).

STEP 2:

Have your clients complete the EncorEstate Plans questionnaire or input the information they provided from the questionnaire.

STEP 3:

Send and have your client(s) review the emailed summary of their Estate Plan.
