Hi Client Name,
I am following up on our conversation regarding estate planning and the different parties we work with to complete your plan. As I mentioned, our main partner is EncorEstate Plans. Below are a few of the reasons why we chose to work with them.
They only provide Estate Planning services through Financial Advisors. They want clients to speak to someone who already knows a lot about their family situation and financial goals.
They have a team of professionals with decades of combined experience reviewing our entries. They review EVERY plan submitted and will reach out to me with questions regarding any entries they feel need further review.
Estate Planning Attorneys in all 50 states produced and perfected their state-specific document templates.
As laws change throughout the country and within individual states, these documents are continually updated to ensure clients receive the highest-quality estate planning documents. If your documents need updating, they will be sure to let me know.
They start by asking you several disqualifying questions to determine whether you are a good fit.
Disqualification is usually due to something like disinheriting a child or leaving money to a non-family caregiver.
While they're not right for every client, they're an excellent fit for my clients who know they need an estate plan and have been hesitant for reasons like high costs associated with estate planning costs, they don't like attorneys, or it's too daunting.
If you choose to move forward, we will begin the process by signing a client agreement; this clarifies my role and EncorEstate Plans. Then, we will review the work needed to ensure the trust is fully funded and determine the costs associated with completing your plan. This is another way working with me is beneficial to you. Even if you work with a great local attorney, they will eventually send you back to me to complete the funding.
If you have any follow-up questions, please ask. I am here to help.
