Notary Pros Partnership

EncorEstate Plans is now in partnership with Notary Pros!

Updated over a week ago

Encore is excited to announce our partnership with Notary Pros!

This partnership allows you to offer white-labeled, white glove service to your clients – even to those across the country.

At Encore checkout, you may add on either a print, bind, tab, and ship service or a print, bind, tab, and mobile notary dispatch service:

**PLEASE NOTE: Purchase does not order the documents or schedule your notary. You will initiate the service from your dashboard after plan documents are finalized.**

Once you receive your plan from Encore, please review the documents to ensure no change order is required. Once confirmed, navigate to your Plan Documents and launch the service by selecting “Send to Mobile Notary” and complete the required form fields:

In this form, you may choose to send the documents to the client's address, your business address, or input a new address for where you want the documents to ship. Upon submission, the mobile notary will contact the recipient via email within two business days for scheduling.

**If you did not purchase at checkout but later decide you would like the service, access the Plan Documents page and select the “Send to Mobile Notary” button for options.**

The pricing, services, and timelines are as follows:

  • Print, bind, tab, and ship for $175 (upon submitting the details to Notary Pros, please allow for 5 business days for shipping)

  • Print, bind, tab, and dispatch mobile notary for a Will-Based Estate Plan or Powers Package for $375 (upon submitting the details to Notary Pros, please allow for 7 business days for processing)

  • Print, bind, tab, and dispatch mobile notary for a Trust-Based Estate Plan for $475 (upon submitting the details to Notary Pros, please allow for 7 business days for processing)

See here for sample binding:
